Orders ship Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Most items leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days of placing your order. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

- Orders over $100 ship free
- Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $7.95
Some items may not qualify for shipping and are available for in-store pickup only (we’ll note that in the product description).

Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, but please allow up to one full business day for processing. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
⏰ Pickup Hours: Monday–Saturday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
📦 Orders placed on Fridays will be ready beginning Monday.
Please bring your order confirmation email when you arrive.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please allow 24 hours before reaching out — USPS sometimes scans before actual delivery.
Once it leaves our warehouse with tracking information, we aren’t responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’re happy to provide tracking details and order info so you can file a claim with USPS or UPS.
Returns
We want you to love what you ordered! 💕
If something isn’t quite right, you can return it for store credit in the form of an e-gift card (usable online or in-store).
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered, with tags attached.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Redo – Free Returns
If you purchased Redo ($1.98 at checkout), you’ll receive a free prepaid label to send your item(s) back — quick & easy, no deductions.
If you didn’t purchase Redo, no problem! You can still start a return through our Return Portal, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your store-credit total when processed.
Exchanges
We don’t hold sizes for exchanges. Please place a new order for the size you need; once your return is received, we’ll issue store credit for the original item.
Final Sale Items
Clearance (sale items over 50%), camis, and bralettes are final sale and can’t be returned.
Defective or Damaged Items
If something slipped past us, we want to fix it fast!
Email returns@vintagesoultx.com within 4 days of receiving your order and include:
- A photo of the damage
- Your order number in the subject line
- We’ll take care of it right away!!
