Our Cynthia Spring Top features a frill neckline, smocked and ruffled arm holes, keyhole button back, and a super pretty green silky fabric with purplish pink flowers.

This would look so cute with white or blue denim, and layered under a cardi or light jacket!

Lauren stayed true to size and is wearing a Medium.  You could size down for smaller arm holes.  Julie prefers to size down to a Small in this top.
