Top A Bit Baggy

This is a really cute dress and think I'll be wearing it throughout the summer. Pattern is cute and fabric soft. The only down side is that the top is a bit too baggy. I'm not a small chested person and felt that it needs some alteration and maybe some darts to pull it together. I haven't washed it yet so I'll check the fit again. Overall, I like it and will alter as needed.

Beautiful fabric but frumpy fit

I really wanted to love this dress because it is a versatile style that can be worn casually or dressed up enough for church or a brunch. However, the drawstring waist cannot compensate for the generous amount of fabric used in the cut and style of the dress, so it looked frumpy on me. I think it is possibly just oversized, but I wasn’t willing to risk ordering a size down due to the button closure, especially at the bust. I think my particular shape needs more of a defined waist than this dress can offer. I am returning.
I will say the fabric is soft and a medium to light weight that probably drapes nicely on the right body type. If you are between sizes and you want a more tailored fit, size down one size.

Beautiful dress but….

I am trying to return this dress as the bottom skirt area fits well but the top part is oversized. It looks sloppy on me size wise. I was disappointed because ai ordered it to wear to a gathering.

Barrel Jean Convert!

I’ve been wanting to try barrel jeans but was hesitant because I’m tall and they seem to look better on shorter ladies. I stand corrected!
These jeans are perfect! I’m 5’9” and they hit at the perfect cropped level- not too short. The green color is beautiful and bonus: there is a small portion of elastic in the back which allowed for a nice custom fit at the waist. I got so many complements the first time I wore them. Will be a top runner for me this winter!

New Favorite Jeans!

Jeans are always a challenge- fit, material, price. These checked all the boxes AND my dealbreaker is the chemical smell in so many jeans and did not have it. I’m 5,7 and length is perfect for sneakers and low heel boots. Fit and feel is like Mother but more affordable. Definitely need to size down due to the stretch but not complaining 😃.
