๐Ÿ’Œ What is Porch Pickup?

Porch pickup is our local pickup option for customers who want to swing by our Dripping Springs, TX storefront at their convenience.

โฐ When will my Porch Pickup be ready?

Orders are typically ready within 24 hours of purchase.
Please note: orders placed after 9:00 a.m. on Friday wonโ€™t be available until Monday morning.

Youโ€™ll receive a โ€œReady for Pickupโ€ email as soon as your order is available.


๐Ÿ“ฆ How long does shipping take?

We ship Mondayโ€“Friday, and most orders are processed within up to 3 business days.
Youโ€™ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Local pickup orders take about 24 hours to arrive at our storefront.


๐Ÿ’ณ Can I change my method of payment after my order is submitted?

Unfortunately, no.
For your security (and ours), we donโ€™t allow payment method changes after an order is placed. If you need to use a different payment type, youโ€™ll need to cancel the order and repurchase using your preferred method.


๐Ÿš— Can I change my order from shipping to porch pickup?

Absolutely โ€” as long as it hasnโ€™t shipped yet!
Email us at returns@vintagesoultx.com right away, and weโ€™ll do our best to catch it.

Please note: our warehouse works quickly, and once an order has been picked up by USPS or UPS, weโ€™re unable to change it.


๐Ÿ’• Can you hold products for me?

We wish we could, but we canโ€™t hold items.
Our inventory moves quickly, and we want everyone to have a fair shot at snagging the good stuff. If you love it, grab it while itโ€™s available!


๐Ÿ“ฌ Can you help me with a return?

Absolutely!
We accept returns on eligible items purchased within 14 days that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags attached.

You can start your return anytime through our Return Portal

  • If you purchasedย Redo ($1.98) at checkout, your return label is free.
  • If you didnโ€™t, no worries โ€” you can still return through the portal, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit when processed.
  • All returns are issued as store credit in the form of an e-gift card (usable online or in-store).

๐Ÿ›‘ Final sale items, clearance, camis, and bralettes cannot be returned.


๐Ÿ” Can I exchange an item?

In-store exchanges are welcome at our 302 Mercer Street location within 14 days if the item and size are available.

For online orders, please place a new order for the size you need and start a return for the original item.


๐ŸŽ Iโ€™m having trouble checking out โ€” whatโ€™s wrong?

If you canโ€™t complete checkout, double-check your cart for any non-shippable items (usually heavy, large items that we don't ship: boots, hats, candles, etc). Removing those should fix the issue. If not, please reach out to info@vintagesoultx.com


๐Ÿ’ณ Can you help me with a gift card?

Of course!
Our gift cards (and store credit) never expire and can be used anytime online or in-store.
