Returns

We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted for store credit only

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

• Final sale items are not eligible for return

• Store credit is issued as a digital gift card and never expires

Start a Return:

Begin your return through our Return Portal [HERE]

Once submitted:

• A return shipping label will be provided

• Send your item(s) back using that label

Return Shipping:

At checkout, you’ll have the option to add Redo Return Protection:

• If selected, your return label is free

• If not selected, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit when your return is processed

You’re also welcome to ship your return using your own carrier. In that case, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Processing
Once your return is received, please allow 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday) for processing.
Store credit will be sent via email once complete.
