Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping policy:

We love shipping to our faraway friends, and are able to ship your orders Monday-Friday!  Most items will go out within 24 hours of you placing your order (excluding weekends and holidays).  You will receive a notification when your order has shipped that will include tracking information.

All orders over $100 will receive FREE shipping.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In-store pickup:

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 302 Mercer Street, Dripping Springs, TX.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up that day (and usually within an hour!!!)  We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10-6, Monday-Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

**PLEASE GIVE 24 HOURS BEFORE REACHING OUT IN REGARDS TO PACKAGES NOT ARRIVING ON TIME.** Most times USPS has scanned the item but was unable to put package in box because it was too full.  They will attempt again once more room is available.  

We are not responsible for lost of stolen shipments, please contact your local post office.  We will supply order and tracking information for customer to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim.  

International Shipping:

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Returns Policy

Vintage Soul gladly accepts returns for unwashed, unworn, unaltered product with tags attached for store credit in the form of an e-gift card that can be used online or in store. 

    • Return shipping will be $5 and will be deducted from the order total.  
    • We do not hold sizes for exchanges.  You must repurchase for the new size and we will refund back to original form of payment once the original has been returned to us. 
    • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received your shipment. 
    • Credit will be issued via email in the form of a gift card for the price the items were purchased at.  
    • Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit.  
    • Clearance, sale items, cami/bralette sales are final and are non-returnable.  We enforce this policy strictly and store credit will not be given. Thank you for your understanding! :)
    • ONLINE REFUND:  Once your item has been received, we will inspect the pieces and will give store credit in the form of a gift card sent to your email, for the piece minus a $5 reship fee. 
  • If you need to return an item, please contact us at with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
  • Please note custom orders cannot be returned.



Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.  We strive to give great customer support and great products but sometimes damaged products sneak past us!  If you believe you have received a damaged product you must contact us within 4 days of receiving your shipment.  Please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to  Please include the order number as well in the subject line.
